The aroma for animal nutrition are classified as "Taste Enhancers”, or substances that are added to animal food trying to stimulate the consumption, providing tastier flavours to the ingredients of the diet which have undesirable taste or smell of fish such as flour for fish , protein and mineral concentrates.
These flavourings may also help with the exchange of diets, such as in weaning where consumption drops dramatically in case there is no pleasant flavour to the sense of smell and tastes of the babies.
"Chemoperception" is a distinction of responsibility for the good or bad nutrients of a food and is represented by tasting and smelling.
The sense of smell and taste vary depending on the animal, in mammals, for example, the sense of smell is more sharply than in the taste.
Our flavours are developed following the trends of consumption but specially the specification of the formulation of the final product to a customer.
