Our laboratories and production areas were constructed based on the concept of Clean Room - controlled environment - used for testing or manufacturing of products where the contamination by particles in the air interfere in the outcome, and it is a differential to meet the most rigorous requirements of quality, mainly the pharmaceutical market.

We have implanted equipment of high technology to ensure the quality of products, such as filtering of the air that circulates within the industrial environment. A positive pressure doesn’t allow the filtered air that is inside never get in touch with the outside air, creating this way, an extreme control of microorganisms. We have an aggressive policy of supply of raw materials, buying only from highly qualified suppliers. These raw materials go through rigorous quality testing, starting from the aseptic packaging and collection of the sample, even in the area of receipt that is on the outside of our laboratories to avoid any kind in the contamination area.

Once collected, it goes to the quality control, where all sensory and physical-chemical tests are done, highlighting the analyses of chromatography and mass.
